Stadium

Expansion, ticket pricing, and stadium utilization.

Open in game

Expansion

In “Expansion” you grow your stadium over time. You plan standing areas, seats, and VIP boxes for each stand, and you can also improve facilities like perimeter boards.

Every expansion costs budget, takes time to complete, and can increase weekly maintenance. You can see the full summary before starting.

Stadium and stand names

You can rename your stadium and the four stands (North, East, South, West).

If you sold naming rights in Sponsoring, the affected names are locked until the deal ends.

Stands: Standing, Seats, VIP

Each stand has three sections: Standing, Seats, and VIP boxes. Together they make up your total capacity.

Enter how many additional places you want to build. Your planned expansions are collected in a list, and you can remove individual plans before starting.

Once you click “Expand”, construction starts and you will see an expected completion date.

Facilities

Perimeter boards decide how many perimeter-board ad deals you can run in parallel in Sponsoring. More boards = more possible deals.

The number of perimeter boards is limited by your stadium capacity: you can build 1 board per full 1,000 capacity.

When construction is running

While stand construction is running, further stand expansions are temporarily locked.

While a facilities expansion is running, further expansions of those facilities are temporarily locked.

The game shows what is currently being built and when it will be finished.

Note: Transport may be required

At larger capacities, the game may require you to upgrade “Transport” in your club infrastructure before you can increase stadium capacity further.

If you see this message, the game tells you the required Transport level. After upgrading, you can start the stadium expansion again.

Pitch (home advantage)

Your pitch has levels. A higher level increases your home advantage.

Just like other upgrades, it costs budget, takes time, and shows up as an active construction until completed.

Tickets

Here you set ticket prices separately for Standing, Seats, and VIP.

Below each price you can see the allowed price range for your league. Prices can only be saved within this range.

Setting ticket prices

Adjust prices with +/– (Standing and Seats in 0.5 steps; VIP in 2.5 steps).

Don’t forget to save: only “Save” applies your changes.

If you’re unsure, start near the lower end of the range and increase slowly once your stadium is regularly close to full.

Understanding utilization

Utilization shows recent home match attendance: how many spots were used in Standing, Seats, and VIP, plus a total percentage.

High utilization (close to 100%) suggests you can try slightly higher prices or expand capacity.

Low utilization suggests lowering prices (within the range) or improving results to attract more fans.
