General
The Youth area is where you grow future stars: find new prospects, help them improve, and decide when they should move up to your first team.
At the top you can switch between “General”, “Events”, and “Youth camps”. Right now, most features live in “General”.
Youth academy
To use Youth, you need a Youth academy. You can build and upgrade it in your club’s “Infrastructure” area.
Each academy level gives you more youth squad spots. If your youth squad is full, you cannot take in new players until you free up space.
Youth squad
Youth players are grouped by age categories (U13, U15, U17, U19) to help you find the right age group quickly.
For each player you see the key information like age, position, talent, and an approximate strength value.
Bronze/Silver/Gold is a quick indicator of how strong a youth player is compared to other youth players.
Development: Individual training and mentors
Individual training: Depending on your academy level, you have one or more individual training spots. Players in individual training improve faster.
Mentors: You can assign a first-team player as a mentor to a youth player. It works best when the position matches and the mentor has strong experience.
A mentor can only support one youth player at a time. You can change or remove the mentor anytime.
Local pitch (Trust)
You find new youth players at the local pitch. By visiting regularly, you build “Trust”.
You can visit once per day. Each visit increases Trust (up to a maximum of 300).
With 50 Trust you can approach players. With 100 Trust you will always find at least one player. The higher your Trust, the better your average chances to convince stronger talents.
Approach players & take them in
When you approach players, you invest all your Trust and it resets back to 0. This cannot be undone.
After approaching, you will see candidates. Some information is revealed step by step—take a moment before you decide.
Select which candidates you want to take into your youth squad. You cannot take more players than you have free spots.
Important: If you have an open decision after an approach, you must finish it first (other actions are blocked until you do).
Sometimes you may even discover a twin—then you can end up finding two talents at once.
Send home & promote to first team
Send home: If you need space, you can remove a youth player from your youth squad with no fee.
Promote: From age 16, you can promote a youth player to your first team. This costs budget (the amount is shown when you promote).
Tip: Age 19 is the final stage—at season end, 19-year-old youth players automatically leave your youth squad. Promote them in time if you want to keep them.
